SYMPOSIUM FEE

Only one fee should be paid for the participation in both RAD2014 and SEERAS. The participants should register for only one event, either for RAD 2014 or SEERAS, according to their main interest. However, they will be allowed to attend both events without restrictions.

• Regular fee: 250 Eur
• Reduced fee: 130 Eur
• Accompanying person fee: 80 Eur

NB: All fees include 20% VAT. All bank charges for the money transfer services have to be paid by the participants. No refunds can be made in case of cancellation. However, it is possible to change the names of the participants within the number of paid fees.

The reduced Symposium fee might be available for a limited number of participants from some Western Balkan countries (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia), some Eastern Europe countries (Belarus, Bulgaria, Moldova, Romania, Ukraine), some former Soviet Union countries, and third world countries, as well as for PhD students, if they file a request to the Symposium Chairman (rad2014@elfak.rs) until March 31, 2014.

The Symposium fee includes the admission to both RAD 2014 & SEERAS sessions, possibility for paper publication in selected Journals, the Book of Abstracts, the Symposium Proceedings, lunches, refreshments, cocktails, the Symposium Gala Dinner, a half-day excursion, as well as the Symposium kit.

In order for one full paper to be published in one of the selected journals or in the Symposium Proceedings, one symposium fee should be paid per paper.

The Symposium fee for an accompanying person includes the admission to the social events: cocktails, the Symposium Gala Dinner and a half-day excursion.

Symposium Fee Payment

The Symposium fee can be paid by bank transfer or at the Symposium desk. Please note that after May 20 it is only possible to pay the Symposium fee at the Symposium desk. Only cash payment is available at the Symposium desk.

In order to pay the Symposium fee by bank transfer, please download, fill-in and send one of the following documents to the Symposium e-mail: rad2014@elfak.rs. In return, we will send you the proforma invoice for the payment.
